You’re scrolling through LinkedIn, procrastinating, bored. You feel a bit crap. You’re lacking energy. It’s fine, we all feel like this sometimes. Keep reading because I am here to save the day. 👩🎤
1️⃣ Put some loud, cheesy music on. Think Whitney Houston, ‘I wanna dance with somebody’ type stuff (NOT ‘I will always love you’. That will not have the desired effect.)
2️⃣ Move your body. You might be a bit limp at first, that’s ok. Shake your limbs around a bit. Find a rhythm. There we go!! The sass is starting to appear 💃
3️⃣ SING! Sing like your life depends on it. Sing like you’re at the finals of The X Factor. You may end up as a meme, or a viral YouTube video, but you know…high risk, high reward.
