NORMALISE admitting when you don’t know something! 🗣
Managers in the past have told me I should NEVER admit to not knowing the answer to something, especially in front of a prospect Client.
WHAT UTTER RUBBISH!
Believe it or not, most people won’t judge you if you tell them you don’t have the answers.
If I asked you something, and you said, ‘hmm… haven’t got a bloody clue, Gabs. Let me find out.’
I’d give you a thumbs up and get on with my day.
And that’s it! See, it’s really not that scary.
Do you feel confident to say when you don’t know the answer?
Is it something that comes with experience?
